Hey @MauriceWirtz - This is definitely odd. One cause I've seen for similar issues like this is if the tracking_company field within a Fulfillment API call is left blank, or not included within the API call, an incorrect tracking URL might be generated. If possible, would you be able to share an X-Request-ID from a response header for one of the API calls that results in the incorrect link being sent out?
That way, I can track the call itself in our logs and see what may be causing this. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi MauriceWirtz, if you want an easy fix, you may install an order tracking app like ParcelPanel. Just add your carriers in the backend, and as soon as the tracking number is generated, ParcelPanel will automatically pull tracking information from the right carrier.
You can always access the right tracking information, so as your customers. ParcelPanel will also send shipping notifications via email to your customers for you. More importantly, you won't have to send customers to DHL or UPS official website for order tracking - you can get return traffic easily, because customers are concerned about the whereabouts of their orders.
