Shopify Payment App

Hi, We are currently working with a Shopify Payment App with approval from Shopify Payment App team. 

We have a problem that when clicking on Install the application, it correctly sends to Shopify, to request the necessary permissions for the app to work correctly. When the permissions are accepted, it starts loading the app inside the Shopify iframe. But then it sends to the app page, outside the iframe, and automatically returns to Shopify and the app inside the iframe. 

Anyone encountered this same issue? 

We are at a dead end where if you offer paid consultation, please reach out and of course if anyone from Shopify reads this and can help that would be very nice, it is very frustrating we are developing for the platform and 0 support, we can understand but come on Shopify C-Level assign more budget to larger team.
