Covers all questions related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
To clarify, I sell phone cases printed with various designs. My physical stock of cases doesn't exceed 1,000 units, but the designs (digital stock) I offer in my store are far more than the number of cases available in inventory.
I'm having trouble synchronizing all the displayed designs as products with the actual number of cases in stock.
For example, if a customer purchases one or more cases with designs X, the total stock of cases should decrease by the number of items purchased, regardless of the chosen design.
So, I want that whenever a customer buys a design, regardless of which design it is, on a phone case, the total stock should be deducted from the 1,000 units.
Thank you for your help
Hi @Joechraibi,
Our app Material Manager can help with this. It would allow you to enter the physical phone case as a raw material. Then you would link each product variant with the design to the phone case material.
Whenever one of your products is sold it will lower the inventory of the raw material and all other variants associated with that material.
Hi @Joechraibi,
I understand your issue, and I believe our app, Inventory Sync GoGo, is the perfect solution for your needs. With our app, you can define multiple sets of Shopify products that actually share the same physical inventory. When a new order is placed for one of those products, the app will ensure that the inventory levels of the other duplicate Shopify products are also deducted in real-time based on the original product's order.
Hi @Joechraibi,
The Easify Inventory Sync app can help you manage your inventory effortlessly 🤗. You can create Inventory Groups for products that share the same inventory - like different designs of phone cases sharing the same stock. When any product in the group is purchased, the inventory for all products in that group will be automatically adjusted.
If you’d like to give the app a try, let me know and I can walk you through the setup step by step. Alternatively, you can reach out to the Easify team for quick assistance.
