Hi ,

The tracking info and delivered notifications not being sent from the Shopify system. We have the "Out for Delivery" and "Delivered" settings switched on, but this doesn't seem to be being applied.

We are receiving order update web hook notifications with the status set to "delivered", so it appears that the Shopify system is triggering some events.

Is there something else we need to switch on as well? Is there a known system fault? Hoping you can help.
