Hi, I have an order that was not transmitting through to Logic Broker where we fulfill our PO's. How can I manually resend this order to push it through into this other program? Or where can I find the EDI used to have my team transmit it?
This will depend on how you have your fulfillment system set up, but usually if you have a fulfillment service connected you go to the order details page in Shopify then click Request Fulfillment button to send a fulfillment request. If it's in a pending state and they don't have it, cancel then request again to resend.
If that doesn't do it, I would contact your fulfillment service to ask them for the procedure.
