Updating my inventory from a CSV file

Hello, so I received two csv files from my supplier, one that contains the products and one with the live stock, both with the SKU's for each product. My Question is how do i integrate the inventory file that my stock of each product gets updated automatically?

We have a workflow automation for that. Would be happy to help get that set up for you.

Hey there Zengrow,

If you're open to using an app and if your supplier supports pulling the inventory file from an FTP or SFTP server (or a public website URL), our EZ Inventory app might be able to help you automate the stock update.

In the app, you just need to specify the mapping for the SKU and quantity columns, and you can schedule it to automatically pull the inventory feed as frequently as every 1 hour and update the available quantity of existing variants in Shopify.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this.

Hi @Zengrow

Using our app syncX: Stock Sync, you can integrate with CSV files. Using the CSV with the live stock, you can match the column with the SKU to your store and match the live stock with the quantity field in your store. If the csv file is hosted online or you receive through email, you are able to schedule the update automatically with the app as well.

Do let me know if you have further questions.
