wrong tracking company

Hi all, 


Again a question, hope someone will answer now. For some reason I guess I ask questions only god knows...

 

When I complete a fulfilment order. And I send the following request:
{
fulfillment: {
line_items_by_fulfillment_order: [ [Object] ],
company: 'DHL Parcel',
tracking_info: {
number: '3SAxxxxxx',
url: 'https://my.dhlparcel.nl/home/tracktrace/3SAxxxxxx/1234AB'
}
}
}

Shopify returns:
tracking_company: 'PostNL'

This isn't PostNL... this is DHL...

Another, sort of related question. In the response there is a name of the fulfilment order, for example: AA1245.1

Where can I get this fulfilment order name before I complete the fulfilment order?

Hello @RedYellowBlue,

 

This can be because probably DHL uses NL Post to deliver parcels inside the country.

Hi Anastasia, this is not the case. DHL delivers with DHL in the Netherlands.

Again another case, we complete the fulfilment order with a DHL tracking link from DHL Germany.
https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/pakete-empfangen/verfolgen.html?piececode=01234567890123456
Within Germany, ofcourse DHL will deliver it. 

But the response of Shopify is: tracking_company: 'PostNord DK'
How can we prevent this, that Shopify is connecting wrong tracking companies?

Hi RedYellowBlue, have you found a solution to this problem ? i have a the same problem and I cannot solve it
