I’m launching a modest advertising and promotional campaign for my cookware business, targeting Arabic-speaking audiences in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. A year or 2 ago, Google has allowed you to target any country with any language. You may ask why this is valuable. Well you may find that specific countries have a lot of Arabic speaking people. For example if you know that in the US there is a decent amount of Arabic speaking people, you can target the US using the USD currency and in Arabic.
You do have to check and do some research to find if that specific country has many Arabic people, but it would be a good tactic.
As you are selling products, it would be relatively similar to setup advertising campaigns for other language speaking countries.
For example in Kuwait you can target in English, and in Arabic.
So for me if you don’t have the english language yet, use a translation app, any will do.

Then for the data feed use https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
Which allows you to choose specific languages for any country. The only important thing you do is localize the currency. So make sure to enable the local country currency in the marketing settings.
For example if you are going to target the US, make sure to enable USD as a payment currency. Then you can choose USD in the data feed options within the data feed settings.
And make sure you disable any automatic IP based modifications, as this will cause issues with google merchant center. You can however have a manual drop down button on the website.
