500 errors from POST `admin/orders.json`

Hi,

We have now been receiving 500 errors, whenever we post a batch of new orders. Apparently there aren't any issues with the API, so why do we keep getting 500's?

Would you be able to share an example(s) of a request body that was sent (in raw text form) and x-request-id response header value returned with the error? If you can provide an example from within the last 7 days may be able to locate logs, pass back any insights and suggest next steps moving forward.
