ApplicationCharge API response 403 Unavailable shop

Hey team, I got an error when trying to call the ApplicationCharge API - ver 2021-07
(https://shopify.dev/api/admin-rest/2022-10/resources/applicationcharge)

It was almost response error 403 Unavailable shop but I can make sure that this shops are active and available on our app.

I try to query from our app I can see that the charge status of the shop is pending.

This error occurs on multiple stores

Can you please check and tell me why it happens? Thanks

Resolved. This shop was inactive from shopify. I don't know exactly reason, maybe they dont renew on subscription or something like that but for now this dont affect to our app. Thanks for taking a look my issue
