Could not load response content to get cursor pagination links

The WMS that I am using have a new error on 2 out of the 18 stores it connects to strangely?

"[WebScript] Could not load response content to get cursor pagination links" this has prevented any orders being downloaded for fulfillment and they have been rather unhelpful?

Can you point me in the right direction so I can advise them on where this error lies and how they might fix it.

Thank you

Mark

Hi @Markb_79,

That isn't an error from one of Shopify's APIs, so the developer of the application will need to start by debugging the request the WMS is supposed to be making to Shopify, and possibly reaching out to the developers of the "WebScript" library/ package if that's an external dependency.

If you can replicate an error with one of our public APIs using an HTTP client, then please share an example of how you are formatting the request along with the documentation you are following and we'll take another look.
