I recently messed up the code on my theme but thankfully I had a duplicate I just copied and pasted the part that was messed up but I reposted it on a copy of the original (the copy of the original was also messed up) I basically deleted the original but since I had a copy and re implemented the code that was messed up would all my pixels and klaviyo etc still function properly since it was a duplicate? I’d assume so since it’s the exact same code if anyone knows id like the help or confirmation
Hi @Arenae32 👋 This it the graphql forum is this graphql related because you used the graphql api to delete files?
Your description is confusing to follow , so only addressing this part:
would all my pixels and klaviyo etc still function properly since it was a duplicate
Theme duplicates contain the same theme settings as the theme it duplicated when it was duplicated.
Don't muck with merchants theme code if you don't have a rock solid backup process, or not using some sort of version control.
Use either git or use shopifys github integration
