GraphQl and smart collections

I'm trying to pull back all my smart collections (i have hundreds)

As there's more than 250 i need to use the graphql api - i don't really understand how paging bulk queries work so i'm just doing trial and error in Postman to try to figure it out.

Can anyone give me a graphql query that would pull back all smart collections (including the paging) ?
