I run bulk operations to pull order data, but recently two different queries stopped running for one specific shop. Here are the most recent bulk operation id's:
Bulk operation 1: gid://shopify/BulkOperation/1014398714040
Bulk operation 2: gid://shopify/BulkOperation/1014431809720
The bulk operation starts running but it doesn't look like there is ever an object count (stays 0) and at some point it fails, with as error code: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR
I run the exact same bulk operations daily for other shops without issues, so it can't be an issue in the query code. Also, these bulk operations used to work for the shop where it's now failing now as well, it fails for dates after May 6th 2022.
Can someone from Shopify investigate the bulk operation id's to find out what's going on?
Is anybody at Shopify able to look into these failed queries? Or is there a different way to contact Shopify dev support about this?
While we can't directly access store, app or account related details through these community forums, our team can look into an x-request-id to locate API logs and pass back insights. That said if you feel you are facing a potential bug, you are welcome to use the 'Report an issue' form provided to Shopify Partners. While our teams can't guarantee a reply to all submissions, do take the time to include as much detail as you can and fill in as many fields of the form as possible.
If you ever have any questions about getting support or the tools we provide to Partners, our Partner Support team can be accessed through the Partner Dashboard> Support Menu.
Hope this helps provide some direction - Cheers!
@awwdam thank you for the response! Here are two x-request-id's of recent bulk operation api calls that failed. I appreciate you and the teams time looking into this:
Can someone at Shopify review the errors for the two request id's I posted earlier?
