GraphQL Collection: return empty products

I am new to Shopify GraphQL. 

I have been working on a shopify iOS app. One issue is that when i fetch collections using https://shopify.dev/docs/api/storefront/2024-07/objects/Collection

some of the collections return empty products node. 

But when i checked on the website, the collection does show products. 

Is there something that missing on shopify admin part or iOS config ?

If you run the same query with the GraphiQL app, are you still seeing the empty nodes that should contain products?
