Hi,

When trying to use the shopify graphl with my shop ampchampment.com i get the following response:

{
    "errors": [
        {
            "message""Unavailable Shop",
            "extensions": {
                "code""PAYMENT_REQUIRED"
            }
        }
    ]
}
But my shop is active under the basic shopify subscription (which is an older subscription thats now unavailable, the one for 324$ per year)

when I try to activate the graphiql app, it says I have to choose a subscription...Is that related?
Am I supposed to throw away my current subscription that I paid for already in order to choose another one?

Best regards

Hi @Shadawgk,

Based on the error message you provided the best suggestion would be to reach out to Support.

If you let them know which store it is, which app you're making the calls under, as well as a recent date, time, and timezone when you made the API call and got that error message it would enable checking the status of the shop and beginning an investigation if required.
