GraphQL returns missing location created from 3rd app

Hello, I'm Issac from BoostCommerce

Our app is using GraphQL to get the list of locations of a store, we had the problem that a location created from the app https://apps.shopify.com/stocky was not returned in the list locations. I checked with Rest API and the missing location in GraphQL is returning in Rest API.

Please help me check this.
