Having issue creating an order using REST API - Error Not Found

Any Shopify developer advocates here who can help identify the issue I have with a request? Been at it for the last few hours and can’t seem to proceed further because the request keeps returning 404 not found and I am assuming this is because one of the ID's is incorrect on the request, but I have almost checked it a hundred times and can’t seem to figure out what the issue seems to be. Need help on this on priority..
