Hello. Our fulfillment center "FC" is using the API to make our fulfillments. However some of the products are customized and will be sent out by us. In some cases an order contains products that will be delivered through the FC and some that will be delivered through us.
Unfortunately whenever our FC does its part the whole order gets set to fulfilled even though we did not do our part yet. This means we have to look through every order manually.
Is there a better way to do this? How can they partially fulfill it? Thank you for your help!
