I want change the fullfillment status are fullfilled for API

Dear Shopify dev.

In the image below, when I click fulfill items, fulfillment status is changed to fulfilled .

I want to change this via API.

But I perused the REST API and couldn't find an explanation for it.

I hope you can tell me which API to use to do what I want.
