Is it possible to attach privateMetafields to Image while calling ProductCreateMedia?

I want to attach "privateMetafield" to an Image, while it's being uploaded.

Right now it looks like it's impossible.

When calling ProductCreateMedia, it does not return Image, because it's being uploaded, but I need some how to attach "private metafields" for future (e.g.: Internal Image ID)
