I have about 400 products and I work with a fulfillment center. The idea is that every morning they sync their inventory with our inventory.
Now: whenever they connect to our system they request product data and after that push the inventory. However they get data of about 1200+ products from our store which is not possible because we never had that many products.
Does anyone have an idea why it is trying to get data from that many products? Anyone specialist here who can help me figure this out? 🙂

Hi @domster1337 , if you contact our support teams via phone or chat with the store details our team can check the log data and can hopefully help you resolve any issue with products syncing.

I would like to do that. Thank you!
I have never seen a phone number or chat function to contact anyone. Even when I looked now, I did not. Where do I find it?
