Job Done, But Can't Start New Job

We have a lot of redirects that need to be created. The first urlRedirectImport' job has about 500,000. Only about 85,000 were created. 150,000 failed and the rest are unknown. The uploaded file was at or just below the 20MB limit.

The job was created 2 days ago. I'm assuming it is done and failed, but we're unable to create a new import. The error reads: Import job cannot be started while there are unfinished jobs.

Job is gid://shopify/Job/9b6a448c-05a2-4f17-8c1f-50ae46833128

Import is gid://shopify/UrlRedirectImport/162070710

Please halp.

Additional information: The "first batch" above is actually the second. We successfully created about 16,000 in an earlier batch. After that earlier batch succeeded we proceeded with plans to create the others.
