Looking for an API to get the current app proxy URL for a store

Stores can customize the app proxy URL for an app. This however breaks some integrations of mine because I'm assuming it to be the default app proxy URL. Is there an API to get the current app proxy URL (subPath and subPathPrefix) for a store?
