Odata app

Hi : we developed an app to provide an Odata feed URL for each shop. Our goal is to make easy to build a report using Excel Power pivot using Odata feed data source .We are trying to validate our app  but shopify validator (I dont know his/her name) is asking an End Recipient acknowledgement form signed by end recipient. Who is the end recipient? Microsoft or each shopify shop customer?

Have you managed to resolve this issue with Shopify? We also faced this problem. We are developing an application for Google Data Studio and when we reviewed our application, we were told that we need to sign a form

Not. They asked me a form.signed by microsoft!! ( my company is a
small.shop with a few deceloppers).Shopify is My Worst experience with a
tech company. I lost my money with shopify.
