Hello,
I noticed that all of today's orders are coming in with a created_at time around 11:28 am in the raw JSON. It's almost like the time formatting hours and minutes are lining up with the month and day (today is 11/28).
This is causing issues with our internal order auditing systems because we look at the created_date and specifically the hours and minutes.
Anyone else having this issue?
Ben
Hi @SmeadDev 👋
We haven't had any other reports of this recently. Are you seeing this on multiple stores or a single merchant store? It's possible that a merchant bulk imported a large number of orders at that time.
It may be worthwhile to get collaborator permissions on the store to check whether the `created_at` time matches up in the store Admin. Alternatively, you can contact partner support here with appropriate permissions and we can take a closer look.

Hi @ShopifyDevSup ,
It looks like the orders today reflect the correct hour and minute of the actual order placements. Must have just been a temporary snag.
We have 3 Shopify stores and yesterday I saw this issue with all the orders across all three stores.
I'll keep an eye on them and if I need further support, I'll use the methods you mentioned.
Thanks!!
Ben
