Hey,

 

I would like to ask why we post payment successful notice to update the status but failed to update.

 

Meanwhile, I have double check the funds with buyer that is successfully deducted from his account.

For assistance looking into a specific issue like this it's best to reach out to Partner Support with more info such as a recent date, time, and timezone when the issue occurred and which store and app were involved to enable an investigation.

Hi Shopify team,
 
Thanks for your prompt response.
 
Unfortunately we have contacted Partner Support first, but they asked us to post our question on sohpify community to seek more perfessional resoultion.
 
We are not sure who can explain and resolve this issue.
 
Additionally, we will follow-up you advice to seek help on shopify partner support, but if possible, we still wanna to get you help there.
