POST orders returning '500 - Internal Server Error'

Hi, I have been using the Shopify API to post new orders for about 5 months now - and have had no issues. However, in the last 2 weeks, I have started to receive lots of 500 errors when trying to upload orders to `/admin/orders.json` - are there currently known issues with the API? If I reprocess the exact same order after it fails, then the request is successful and valid.

Apologies for not having any request IDs as I'm currently not logging that.

Thanks for getting in touch - it would be tricky to confirm what is happening without the request ID, but I can confirm that there's no known issues affecting Orders API occurring at scale.

Considering it sounds like the errors happen regularly, If you begin logging the request ID's and manage to obtain one from the previous ~10 days, please feel free to head to select the new option to Report an issue [BETA] here , select the option for API, and follow the authentication steps. We can't guarantee all requests or bugs reported here are answered directly, but I would absolutely encourage you use this option and share as much detail as possible. Hope this helps!
