Question regarding Shipping App

Case 1 :

I have created CarrierService for that shipping company and also added CallBack URL for with service discovery set to be true. Problem is that Shopify is not calculating shipping amount via that Call back that's what I've found during development. And also please also tell me Shopify App - Advanced Cash on Delivery Even when customer selects COD it should calculating shipping cost from Carrier Service.

Case 2 :

How many ways are there to handle COD orders. Currently I'm using Shopify App - Advanced Cash on Delivery . How can I check Order is COD or not with this App or other Third Party App in Order APIs.

Case 3 :

Need full guidance for Deploying this Shopify App on AWS EC2.
