Hi,
While currently implementing the new Shopify Fulfillment Orders API we are also wondering why it's possible to cancel orders that are already fulfilled? What would be the usecase Shopify is trying to cover with this? It's causing us mild head aches to say the least. Could you elaborate on why this is allowed?
Additional, we are also wondering how to proceed in this case: we have a fulfillment order with two items which we already accepted and one item is already in production or fulfilled. Now we have to cancel the second item because of stockout or any other production problem. How should we proceed in this case? What do you suggest?
Looking forward to finalizing the implementation of the new Fulfillment Orders API 🙂
