REST admin API (create new address) BUG？

Hi there,
When we try to create new address using:  

POST  /admin/api/2022-04/customers/xxxxxxxxxx/addresses.json
I using postman or in our code to run it, Always show customer's address list. 
Please to check our screen shot:

Or Is anything I've done wrong?
