Rest API throttling error.

Hi,

We are receiving error : Fetching orders failed', 'status code: 429', "message: {'errors': 'Exceeded 2 calls per second for api client while trying to fetch orders for one of our client stores. We are not making excessive requests and are unable to track the source of these requests.
