Shopify Standard and Custom Product Type API

Hi all,

I couldn't find any much information about product types in the API. However, I stumbled across this article: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/details/product-type#standard-and-custom-product-types

There isn't much about API and currently GET/PUT via API would only get/update information from custom Product Type. I've also read https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apis-and-sdks/admin-api-or-graphql-product-how-get-access-to...and https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apis-and-sdks/product-type-latest-rest-api-interface/m-p/132... but these won't do, as I'm using only API.
