SubscriptionBillingAttemptCreate Missing Part of billing address

When some orders are generated via the subscriptionBillingAttemptCreate mutation on some orders billing part of billing address are missing on the generated order in Shopify.

Only addresses guessed from the zip code seem to be displayed.

Can we that by any workaround?
