Transaction API，Some payment gateways cannot obtain payment details

Hello all,
I have questions about the use of the REST Admin API -> Orders -> Transactions API .
Some payment gateways cannot obtain Transaction.payment_details, such as paypal, Oceanpayment, PingPongPay Payment... Is there any way I can get Transaction.payment_details?
