Update policies via API

Hi all,

I'm trying to update policies (shown in the screenshot) with my app (via API).
I found here that policies can be fetched, but couldn't find a way to update them.
I know that on this link it says that only the shop owner can update policies through the dashboard, however, I found the app that can do that:  https://apps.shopify.com/it-recht-agb-schnittstelle

So are there some additional features that can be enabled through the API if I join the partner program or is there some other way of doing it?
