Where to file bug in API?

It appears there's an incorrect link returned, https://help.shopify.com/api/usage/rate-limits (which is a 404) instead of https://shopify.dev/api/usage/rate-limits.

I hit a rate limit with the GraphQL API:

Is there somewhere to report bugs?
