Thanks for your post. Here's a link to the GraphQL Admin API Dev Docs reference page for Orders which goes directly to the 'lineItems' listing lower down on the page under the 'Connections' section, similar to what @Eric-HAN mentioned:

You may have been looking for it in the 'Fields' section higher up on the page.
