While fetching product details with an id, I had the following error message:

Internal error. Looks like something went wrong on our end.
Request ID: 889370d8-bde8-4816-ac32-474fd33c39bb (include this in support requests).

Found the issue. I was mistakenly using RELEVANCE sortkey without search query
