App Framework?

Does anyone have a basic Shopify App framework. A generic app with a generic user interface already coded?

I want to build my own Shopify Ad Exchange app. Looked at the instructions:

But I am seeking a shortcut to building all the code for the UX with Polaris. Wondering if anyone have a basic app already built that I could modify for my purposes.

Also checkout places like glitch.com that has some sample apps
