We are currently developing an App, but this is repeatedly rejected on the following grounds:
Your app doesn't need Shopify's API. All apps must be configured to use our API. This helps ensure that the app best serves merchants. Learn more about using our API. The app does not install and pull data to from my store. Instead even though the app was installed to my store a different store displays.
We don't know how to handle this problem. Maybe someone could explain to us what does it mean and what is required to resolve this issue? We already contacted the support and read all the Shopify documentations but we have no clue what to do.
we would be very grateful for a hint to help us solve this problem. Thanks in advance for your tips!

I see no replies here and have a similar problem with same feedback when the app was rejected.
Hey @IrfanN. at a certain point we needed an api. So we could avoid that problem. 😁
