Auto Creating User Profile through checkout API, CSP issue?

Hey all,

I am writing and testing a script that will capture emails on the information page of the checkout flow and create a user profile through the shopify Customer API.

Everything is working very well in my test theme BUT I am receiving this message:

My question is, am I violating any policies by capturing the email using my own custom app on another sub domain?

Would this happen if I created a custom app and uploaded to my shopify admin instead?
