Consent banner not triggering in Hydrogen

Hi, I uppgraded hydrogen to the latest (2024.4.7) to get the consent banner support.

Then I followed https://shopify.dev/docs/storefronts/headless/hydrogen/analytics/consent, added checkout domain to CSP then re-deployed the hydrogen storefront as well as activating the consent banner.

Still not seeing any consent banner on the storefront.

Anyone got the banner working in hydrogen?
