This problem is still going on for a lot of us.
The support said "they are working on it".
However i asked my subscription cost back until they have fixed this issue. I would advice you all to do the same. I asked as well if i can claim my advertisement cost back. Because those ads are not getting the correct data to work well.
If we do it all together, maybe shopify will see that they should have communicated about this instead of keeping this quiet.
