Create Custom Items in Storefront API for Checkout

Is there a way to create custom items via API and get a redirect URL?

Creating Products for every checkout would be very inefficient.

We did not find a documenentation on how to create a custom item via Storefront API and create a Checkout.

In the Shopify Store this is possible.
