I understand that your domain has been locked, and you are looking for a solution to unlock it. 

 

Just to clarify, you are referring to your domain and not your store/admin, is that correct? 

 

If your domain is locked, you would be best served by contacting our support team in order to check its status, however, I would be delighted to help as much as I can here.

 

Can you tell me what error you see when and where it appears? Is this a third party or a Shopify-managed domain?
