Empty billing address

Hi!
I use storefront api and redirect user to checkout form via webUrl (from checkout create).
When I redirect user to the checkout form (payment step), everything works as it should, but if the user return to the information step and continue payment through the button, the billing address becomes empty, even if nothing is changed. Can this be avoided somehow?

PS I'm creating checkout with filled shipping address and active "Use the shipping address as the billing address by default

" option
