Unable to call the /admin/api/2022-07/fulfillments.json interface

We need the following interface permissions:

“read_fulfillments，write_fulfillments”，

“read_assigned_fulfillment_orders，write_assigned_fulfillment_orders”，

“read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders，write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders”，

“read_third_party_fulfillment_orders，write_third_party_fulfillment_orders”，

“read_shipping，write_shipping”，

Is this for an app you are managing? In your Partner Dashboard, at the "Extensions" section for your app are you seeing that these scopes are selected? Also you may need to check that you are using the correct API version in your API requests, and ensure that you are authenticating your API requests properly.
