Free shipping coupons are not applied correctly via checkout API

Hi there,
Applying a free-shipping coupon using the storefront API does not work correctly. You can apply a coupon checkoutDiscountCodeApplyV2 using checkoutDiscountCodeApplyV2 mutation and the response shows the coupon is applied but when you use the checkout webURL to access the checkout to complete the payment the coupon is removed.
I found this issue couple of days ago and I believe it was working fine before.
