Fulfillment Order Rate Limit

Hi looking for some help here...We have updated many clients to the new fulfillment order API...The challenge is that it only takes one order per call instead of pagination to pull the data. How have others solved for this for high volume Shopify integrations without hitting rate limits?...Thanks!
